Susan leads a cross-functional business and creative team at IMS. Joining IMS in 2018, she is credited with driving increase in the agency’s revenue till date. With over a decade experience in Brand Consulting, Strategy and Research, Susan has led brand and comms. strategy development for USAID/Aidsfree , PZ Cussons, Diageo/Guinness Nigeria, IFC/World Bank ,Heineken/Nigerian Breweries, Dangote, CACOVID(Nigeria’s Private Sector-Led Coalition Against Covid-19) to mention a few. Susan holds a B.Sc. in Biochemistry and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. She is an associate member, Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria(APCON) and certified by Digital Marketing Institute, Ireland. Outside her day job, she enjoys training budding strategists and offers pro-bono consulting for start-ups.
