Ruchi Sharma is the Founder & Chief Creative Officer of HumanSense, an independent HumanCentric creative agency, from the charming island of Sri Lanka. Her career spans more than two decades, spent in New York, Bangkok, South East Asia, India and Sri Lanka. She has worked in leadership roles in most of the large agency networks. And has won several international, regional and local awards, in creativity and effectiveness, proving that her work resonates on both scales. Ruchi has served on many Creative and Effectiveness International Advertising juries, namely, New York Festival, American Marketing & Effectiveness Awards, Spikes Asia, WARC Asian Strategy Prize, Ad Stars, Pakistan Effies, Gerety awards & Dubai Lynx. She sits on the Advisory board of the New York Festival, the American Marketing & Effectiveness Advisory Council, the Miami Ad School of SL and the Advisory Committee of Information, Education and Communication for the Family Planning Association of SL. Ruchi is a staunch supporter of inclusion, diversity and equality. She has studied Human rights and co-created the first digital, global campaign on Human Rights for the UNHRC in New York. She is the Vice President of the 4As of Sri Lanka. And the Personal Growth Officer with Women Empowered Global. She is a frequent speaker at industry events, mentoring and encouraging the young talent of the industry, especially the women, to tap into their tremendous potential. Recently, she spoke at the Cannes initiative of the inaugural See It Be It, at Spikes Asia. And also at the CTC2020, creative talk event in Bangkok. And at the Ivy Girls Lead program in Sri Lanka for future women leaders.
