Ms. Francis is Co-Head of Content and a Social Impact Executive in CAA Brand Consulting. She is a purpose-driven leader with expertise in helping brands and organizations connect through culture, tell their stories, and create meaningful change in the world in ways that drive business. Monique has 10+ years experience creating integrated marketing campaigns, high-value content, and social impact initiatives for major brands and organizations such as the Alzheimer’s Association, Constellation Brands, Canada Goose, and Coca-Cola, among others. As a passionate advocate for equity and inclusion, Monique seeks to accelerate positive change through work with her clients and her position within CAA. She also serves as a founding member of the Social Change Fund, which supports organizations working to dismantle systemic racism, empower communities of color, and sustainably build a fair, equitable society. Monique currently resides in Los Angeles and holds a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
