Maribel Maneiro is a new mother and a Venezuelan who has lived in Chile for the past 5 years and has worked as creative director at Raya; with 11 years experience as a copywriter and creative. She has the pleasure of saying that she was part of see it be it 2018 in Cannes, where she learnt the importance of sorority to lift women up in this industry. She also believe that her role is to embrace the creativity to change the stereotypes in our communication and be a positive constructor in the society. Her experience begins in Leo Burnett Venezuela as a Creative Copywriter. And since then, she have worked in agencies such as Concept McCann in Caracas, Publicis Venezuela, with brands such as L'Oréal, Chevrolet, Directv, Nestlé, Renault, Purina and Movistar, among others. In 2015 she moved to Chile and worked in Publicis Chile and McCann Santiago. In 2017 she won the Young Lions awards in the Media Category, being the first female couple representing the country after years, in Cannes Lions. The same year she was selected as one of the 12 most promising creative leaders in Latin America to be part of the "See it, be it" made in Festival El Dorado from Bogotá, Colombia. Right now she is working to make an even bigger community of creative women as an active part of the Female Creative Circle in Chile.
