An architect in developing the Design planning process, Chrissie led the effort to put Omnicom’s Omni data platform at the centre of how teams work, collaborate and deliver value, enabling a single-view of the consumer from insights development to audience building, channel planning, content inspiration, and message distribution. She is a regular contributor to leading industry and business publications and a frequent guest on industry panels around the world where she is a passionate advocate for the unique roles that people, brands, and technology play in unleashing the power of creativity around the world.
