German-born Kathrin Lausch was raised in Europe. She earned degrees from both the University of Munich and the University of Geneva after studying marketing, advertising, entertainment law, and European law. Early on, Lausch divided her time among Germany, France, and Switzerland (she is fluent in German, French, and English) where she also worked for the UN as an international law advisor until her move to the United States. Shortly after her arrival in Manhattan in the late '90s, Lausch’s creative curiosities and attention were sparked by New York’s commercial production industry. Since then Kathrin has been heading up companies like Partizan, B-Reel, Ntropic, and MPC/Technicolor as a Production and Marketing leader in TV, Feature Film and Web.
