A career that has spanned three continents, every conceivable category and almost every platform. Jennie started her creative career in the none-too-glamourous world of direct marketing. She dreamed of the day she would finally get to write a tv commercial. But until then, she learned the fine craft of copywriting, the importance of storytelling - and a thing or two about strategy and discipline. She eventually helped create some of Australia’s most loved campaigns – from Tim Tam to Toyota. In 2006 Jennie moved to BBDO Dubai to take on the creative lead role on the Emirates Airlines business. She later became the first female ECD in the UAE and was a co-founder of the Dubai Creative Club to foster the region’s burgeoning creativity. Jennie has called Singapore home for the past nine years - seven of which she has spent within the Publicis Groupe. She considers herself to be a true hybrid creative and a frustrated planner. On the award front, Jennie’s work has been recognised at Cannes, D&AD, One Show, NY Festivals, Clio, Dubai Lynx, Spikes Asia and Effies.
