Eia’s mantra: Fail fast, adapt faster. She experiments with platforms to create holistic experiences. She gets excited about unlocking simple solutions for today’s most complex problems. As the Creative Director and Experience Lead in Ogilvy Manila, she manages a stronghold of creatives passionate to give brands purpose in this changing world. In her 12 years in the industry, she’s picked up some shiny trinkets: OneShow, Spikes, Effies, Ad Stars among others. She brought to life some tech innovations in the Philippines. One of which is Kentucky Fried Crossing, where KFC hijacked Animal Crossing to create an immersive experience for gamers during the pandemic, at zero budget. She is passionate about championing female representation in creative management. In 2020, she joined Ogilvy 30For30, a year-long leadership training that empowers 30 of the most influential female leaders in Asia Pacific. She strives to inspire younger female creatives to have a stronger, more confident voice in and out of work. Her goal is to punch a hole in the zeitgeist with the power of great brands and brave clients. When she’s not busy cracking ideas, you can find her in nature — searching for a strike of inspiration.
