Dorit Posdorf works as Operating Partner Marketing with the Nucom Group, which is part of one of Germany’s biggest media houses ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE. Media and Advertising have been at the center of her work for many years. While being a strong supporter of MarTech and AdTech she deeply believes in content and creativity to strive in today’s attention economy. 
Prior to the current role Dorit was Chief Marketing & Sales Officer with Outfittery one of Europe’s most innovative Start-ups in the Fashion Tech & Fashion AI space. As Head of Consumer Insights & Analytics she facilitated the data-driven transformation of C&A, a key global fashion retailer.
Dorit started her career with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, where she advised clients across the globe for over a decade on all topics around Branding, Go-to-Market Approaches and Customer Centric Transformation. She held assignments in Europe as well as the Middle East and Russia.
