Daniela Vojta, Executive Creative Director at BBDO NY is a passionate advocate for racial and social equality, diversity and inclusion. She leads the AT&T’s Corporate and Business account and re-launched SheaMoisture, a multicultural beauty brand that supports and celebrates women of color. Prior to BBDO, she led Microsoft’s Women in STEM initiatives, launching the first Patent Program for Women. Daniela has also made an impact with nonprofit organizations and gun control advocacy, partnering with March For Our Lives to create the “Price on Our Lives” price tags and “The Most Vicious Cycle” music video, as well as Brady Campaign’s “Toddlers Kill”. She has won countless awards, including Cannes Lions, Webby Awards, Clio, One Show, D&AD, ADC, Effies, Epica, and the United Nations Action Awards. She has been featured in AdWeek’s Creative 100 and AdAge’s Creatives You Should Know and was a finalist for AdAge’s Creative Director of the year. She has served on the juries of Clio Awards, AICP, London International Awards, ADC, Communication Arts and Webbys, among others. Over the summer, she successfully launched a campaign to acquire 560 tablets so public school students affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in her native Rio de Janeiro, Brazil could gain access to remote learning. She believes creativity can help build brands but above all, can work as an agent for social justice and improve lives.
