When not reading or attending concerts, Charlotte Coddens spends her time as mortierbrigade's production director & client lead. Having previously challenged big international clients such as Procter & Gamble, Heinz and AB InBev to raise the bar at Leo Burnett, she traded in the global network experience for the multi-award winning Belgian creative independent agency mortierbrigade. There she has been helping clients, brands & producers to be more daring and produce great work for over 12 years, resulting in multiple national and international awards for a wide variety of clients such as The National Lottery, Humo, De Standaard, Radio 1, Equal Pay Day and many more. Of which the Eurobest Grand prix for Radio 1 and often awarded campaigns for Equal Pay Day, including 4 Cannes Lions, of which a Gold in film in 2021.
