Arina has worked in advertising and communications since 2004. Her career started at Leo Burnett Moscow, and continued at THEY Amsterdam, Duval Guillaume Brussels, and Friends Moscow — the agency she co-founded that has made Top 3 Creative Agencies in Russia (according to AKAR) for several years in a row, as well as becoming an exclusive creative partner for the legendary Droga5 New York agency. Arina, along with her partners and her agency Friends, was named among the top 100 creative Russians. She's won over 200 awards from domestic and international advertising festivals, and is one of the few people who hold four Cannes Lions awards, including the only Golden Lion for Print Advertising won by Russia. Arina has sat on the jury at Cannes Lions, Clio, One Show Festival, Golden Drum, LIAF, ADCR, and others. Arina is also a co-founder of the mads.courses educational project, which has garnered wide acclaim from various creative industries in Russia, as well as being named the best international creative school of the year 2020 by Young Glory. Arina is also involved in running and developing pixride.com, an inspiration-seeking online service.
